Is this what carnival has become – we need to be consume alcohol to the extent that we are passed out on the street and not be aware of our surroundings! Wake up people, this is no way to achieve vision 20-20……

I chipped past this guy on Long circular rd jourvert morning.I have a better picture of him. I wish there was a way that I could post it. What I would like to know is

Lol, that’s a total shame.
However, KayK, not everyone gets to that ridiculous passing out on the sidewalk. A lot of us literally have fun without all the dramatics such as that guy is so obviously demonstrating, lol

this is what carnival easy fun he was not drunk and disorderly,so what if he got drunk for some 2 drinks maybe all it takes, some people can hold their liquor some can’t . people,people it is 2 days of fun in the sun what happens in trini carnival stays in trini carnival.I say enjoy the the day, once no laws are broken.
